Small group coaching session in Jennifer's office

For the first time in two years, I'm hosting a group session in my office in Buckhead in Atlanta, GA (about 20 minutes by car or marta from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport).

We sit around a big table in my office for the day. No slideshows or presentations, just an intense workshop designed to cover your questions, your problems and your stuckness.

The session is off-the-record, and attendees bring their big issues. We can talk about how to start or grow your consulting or training business or how to begin getting your work published by articles, books or downloadable products. We can talk about your mission, your website strategy, whether your business model needs an overhaul or how to more effectively tell a story about what you do and why people should engage with you. Past attendees have started successful companies, sold them (or shut them down when best), launched remarkable marketing campaigns, been published and walked away with more energy and optimism than they came with.

I do select private consulting or coaching sessions for individuals, so this is the closest you can get to a 1:1 session. More important, I believe it's more effective than private coaching for some people because hearing what your peers are wrestling with is often more useful than your own questions--it's the stuff you didn't even realize you ought to focus on that can make a huge difference.

This is my effort to give back to professionals in the PM community and help them launch or transform and rebuild their company/practice, I'm openly sharing my lessons learned and strategies that have worked (and, not) to grow and scale my consulting, staffing, training, and technology companies, to grow an internet marketing business, to build and grow both online and off-line project management communities, to selectively conduct my coaching/mentoring programs, to launch several brands, to write and self-publish 5 of my own books, to launch several of our author partners published books, to transform my business. I've started, shutdown, transformed, merged and de-merged over the past 12 years and gone totally grey during the process (smile)... my hope is to share any and all wisdom I've gained along the way.

Each attendee will have a PRE-session phone call to identify their big issue to bring and POST-session phone call to follow-up on progress and next steps.

Due to the small size of this event (14 people), expect that it will sell out quickly. Alas, no student or non-profit discounts for this one.
